They listened and fixed it!!!

One of my biggest complaints is a no-cost fix... the piping on the slidebox seat cushion does not line up and looks random. I pointed it out to one of the axis guys and he said he noticed it too. well, if you look at the 3rd picture of the red axis that randall is sitting on, you can catch a glimpse of the slide box seat in a forward position, you can see that the piping goes straight across. I found another a22 picture of this and sure enough, the piping now lines up perfectly. It makes a huge difference, to me, atleast.

funny thing is in the black and yellow 2012 above, the piping is the old style. ???? early 2012 build maybe?

whoa, crap. In the aforementioned black/yellow 2012 A20, I noticed the port long seat cushion and observer seat cushion piping is completely different than in the above picture. Anyone with a 2011 A20, is your interior piping like the above A22 or same as the 2012 A20?

okay, thanks. must be an A20 thing, same as different location of rear speakers. I never noticed it when looking/sitting in the A20. Anything else different in the A20 vs A22 (besides 2 feet... lol) 1. speaker location, 2. seat piping design, 3. rear pop up cleats location... ???

My A22 looks like the 2012 pictured above except of course for the piping on the rear bench.

The tower uprights in this shot are different than all others (2012's, too). The bolts are different, and there are only the top two holes, rather than three. WOnder what's up with taht.

That's the new support system that folds easier. To lower the tower you simply undue the top bolts. Look closely at the bottom of the support piece and you can see where it can pivot in towards the center of the boat.

that is why I snapped that picture. I had heard that they change how that part folded so I figured I would get a pic of it.

I ended up talking to Zach at Great Wakes today and he mentioned that. For anyone reading, a retrofit kit will be available.

Didn't notice that before...that's awesome! Perfect for those with storage/garage limits!
